Gymnastics Programs at Shooting
Star Gymnastics, Inc. are  designed to provide young gymnasts, future
cheerleaders, and dancers with an opportunity to develop their athletic ability
and self awareness. Our programs emphasize fundamental athletic skills training
essential for increasing flexibility, agility, strength, balance, and stamina.
Our instructors work to assist in the development of self-discipline and
increased self esteem.

This is a 45 minute class that involves parent participation. Classes
will start with a large group warm up activity followed by gymnastics circuits
on the gymnastic events.
