At the time an order is placed, a date of completion will be
given for the piece(s) ordered.
Your Homestead will be shipped and insured for the full value within 48 hours after
receipt of payment in full.
If you are not satisfied with your homestead for any reason, simply return it and you will
be reimbursed in full.
NOTE
All the old places created by the artist have an optional knot hole somewhere on the
building for the purpose of bird house collectors. These replicas are not intended for
outdoor use.
